Our doctor told us that he's actually closer to the size of a 3 year old. Chris and I are absolutely thrilled with our tall child. He has pitcher/quarterback/post written all over him. Let's hope this growth trend keeps up! (Yes, I realize that short people can play sports too.) Everything else is going well, and he took his immunization and finger poke (for bloodwork) like a man. No crying at all! Owen's a fun kid and because of him there is a lot of laughing in this house. Here's a conversation from earlier tonight:
Me: Owen, can you say "mommy"?
Owen: Mommy.
Me: Can you say "daddy"?
Owen: Daddy.
Me: Can you say "Logan"?
Owen: Dirty dirty dirty.
He's still getting used to his brother.
Overall it's been a great two years and we look forward to many, many more! We're so blessed to have this beautiful child to call our own and we love him so much.
