Pacific Science Center

We went to a cool birthday party on Saturday. Shawn and Kelly's son Zach was celebrating his 4th birthday, so we all headed up for some fun at the Pacific Science Center. They had a room reserved for games and cake, and afterward we headed out and saw the exhibits.

Here is a shot of Owen playing party games for the first time! He was blindfolded but Kelly helped him, and he stuck his treasure chest onto the map all by himself. Granted, his was the furthest from the X, but at least he made it on the map! (He was also the youngest participant so I'll cut him some slack.)
Owen is too young for most of the exhibits at the science center, but he was happy pushing buttons and pulling levers. He really liked the dinosaurs, especially the stegosaurus. The butterfly garden is my favorite. Chris likes everything. I know that when Owen's older, we'll make several more trips up there.

Just FYI: The Pacific Science Center is very tiring when you are 39 weeks pregnant! Physically, I was miserable but I was having so much fun watching Chris and Owen while they played. So it was worth it!
