I Learned a New Word

This post really has no point. It's just that I finally figured out one of Owen's words and I think he and I are equally happy about that.

For the past month or so, he's been saying "buggy". He says "buddy" pretty regularly so I was assuming that "buggy" was the same thing and forgot about it.

Owen's been a super-helper lately and he was placing laundry, one piece at a time, into the dryer for me. I handed him his favorite brown blanket and he said "buggy" before placing it in the dryer. He quickly changed his mind and pulled it back out and said "buggy" again. (Apparently the thought of his beloved blanket in the dryer was just too much for him.) Then I figured it out: "buggy" is "blankey". I'm so happy that I learned one of his words :)
