Brad and Julie's daughter Kayla graduated from high school last month, and they held a huge party for her on Saturday. The Dupleich family goes all out on their parties, but this gathering was their biggest and best, hands down. They actually had a bartender. Yes, at their daughter's high school graduation party! (And yeah, Kayla and her friends were totally blitzed. I'm actually kidding.) All of Owen's pals were there and they played together for hours. The weather was perfect and we left stuffed and exhausted.
Jen and Tricia (another neighbor) invited Owen and I to go to Chuck E Cheese today. I haven't been there in years. It's changed a lot.. it used to be better, in my opinion. But the kids loved it of course and blew through their tokens. Owen found the toddler area and played some games. The best part about Owen being little is that you can stick him at games
and on rides and not use any tokens, because he doesn't know the difference. He "played" a car game for the longest time.So that's what's new on our end. We have a trip to Selah coming up and another party this weekend. Busy family.
