Owen is still working on his walking skills. He isn't able to do more than 2-3 steps at a time, so I haven't bothered with trying to get a video. Chris and I work with him a little on it, but we're letting him figure it out at his own pace. He had another tooth pop through yesterday, so he's up to 7 teeth now. Last week I let him finger paint. Yes, I realize he's only 10.5 months old and has no idea what he's doing.. but he loves to smear food all over the place so why not have him paint us a picture? I taped a
piece of cardstock to the tray of his high chair, gave him a few drops of fingerpaint, and let him smear away. He loved it, and now I have a cool picture to put in his baby book. Best of all, he didn't make a mess. What a fantastic kid.We have a busy month ahead of us. We're hosting a wine tasting party, traveling to eastern Washington to celebrate my grandma's 80th birthday, and planning Owen's birthday party. The annual Niemann-Pick auction is also coming up and I'll be taking photos and doing whatever needs doing.
