As promised, here are pictures of Owen in his costumes. Yes, that's plural. Chris and I could not agree on a costume so Owen switched halfway through the night. He was a cute cuddly lion (my pick) complete with a painted nose and whiskers, then he transformed into a spooky spider (Chris' pick). The spider costume was a little big and would have worked better if he
could walk, so we'll use it next year if it still fits. Chris had to work so my mom came over to keep Owen and I company while we handed out candy. I had 64 trick-or-treaters this year...not bad but nothing compared to the 100-plus my grandparents would get down in Sumner. My street was pretty spooky last night. Several of us went all out with the decorations and it looked great. After things calmed down, Owen and I went to our neighbor Jennifer's house to watch a scary movie (The Strangers). It really wasn't that great because there was no plot, but parts of it definitely freaked us out. I'm sure I will always think twice about answering my door from now on!
Hope everyone had a fun night. (I'm just noticing that both pictures are of Owen trying to eat candy. Great...)

I love the costumes! That's awesome you got two. It's soooo hard to decide. I have to say though and not just because your my friend and nothing against Chris and both are very cute, but the lion was my favorite.
