I'm starting to stink at updating this. It's not like a lot has changed in the past couple weeks but I should be better about writing, since I want Owen to read this some day! Last week we had my (Mohar) side of the family over to meet our little guy. I loved seeing all my cousins again, and we always have a great time together. (Maria, if you're reading this...we were "honored" to have you over. Ha!) Kelley in particular really seemed to take a liking to Owen and I had to make sure that she didn't try to sneak him home. Charlie's wife Allie is a talented photograher and took some pretty amazing pictures for us. I'm rather sad that they are moving to Belguim soon because it would have been so fun to have her take pictures on a regular basis during Owen's first year.
Dawn and I had been trying for over a week to get together for lunch and it finally worked out on last Friday. We met at Red Robin and got caught up. Plus, Dawn and Owen got to spend some more time together!Chris is starting to get to work on our fence in the back yard. He and Terry set the corner posts a couple weeks ago. Chris rented an auger to dig the rest but it ended up being a total waste of time and money. The rocks up here are so bad that the auger was useless. So he dug them all by hand (I helped when Owen would let me put him down). We're going to start setting the posts in a couple days, and hope to put up the rails and boards by next week.

I did kind of want to put him in my bag and sneak him out with me. Would you have minded? ;-)
