It's a Boy

We had an untrasound yesterday morning and learned that we're having a boy. I miscalculated on my water intake and drank 32 ounces rather than 24, so by the time we arrived at the thospital, I had to go BAD. Apparently I was doing the dance because The receptionist told me I could go "a little" and so I did. Twenty minutes later the tech still had not come to get me so I thought "screw you, I am going again". Thank goodness they came and got me a few minutes later, because I threatened to Chris that I was going home if they didn't call me in the next 5 minutes. Anyway we were in there almost an hour while the tech captured all the images she needed. The radiologist looked them over and determined that everything was fine. Our due date was also adjusted by a few days, the the new date is April 30. The most interesting part for us was seeing the four individual chambers of the heart, and watching the blood flow through the veins. You'll probably assume that he's sucking his thumb in the image I posted, but if you look more closely, you will notice that my little quarterback is just flexing his muscles. He's got a rather nice bicep.

We're continuing to get settled into our new house. We have our tree up and some decorations out which makes it feel a little more like home. We're continuing to poke away at unpacking, and obviously out next step will be to put the baby's room together.
