Vegas Again

We booked our Vegas trip a little while ago. We were initally thinking of going for our 2nd anniversary (Oct 15) but the SEMA car show is later in the month and Chris wants to go. So we'll celebrate the anniversary a little late this year. I have no interest in the car show so I'll do my own thing for the 3 days that he's there, and we will meet up when he's finished. We did the same thing a couple years ago when he went to some law enforcement convention...I did my thing, he did his, and we met up at night. I really enjoyed it. So I'm looking forward to this trip...to have some time with Chris but to have time to myself as well. We were in Vegas in February and decided that next time, we'd stay downtown rather than on the Strip. So we're staying at the Golden Nugget this time, for something different.

My mom and I visited Laura on the ship today to drop off her new computer. She's been wanting a laptop and asked Chris to find her one. I'm jealous because it's nicer than mine. It's weird to see her at work, dressed up like a stewardess schmoozing with the old people. She seems to be having a wonderful time.
