Father's Day

Despite the ugly weather and Chris not feeling well, we managed to have a nice Father's Day. Our plans changed due to the rain but that's okay. After opening his gifts, Chris enjoyed a breakfast of scones that my mom picked up from the farmers market. In the afternoon we spent some time at my dad's house and gave him koi for his pond (which has become our annual gift to him). Later on, Chris' parents came over to our house for a little while. All in all, a very nice day. The boys and I are so thankful to have Chris in our lives... a fun, patient and loving dad.

Below is one of the gifts I gave to Chris (framed and matted). It's Logan holding our wedding rings, and it took 52 attempts to get the perfect shot. Thank goodness for digital cameras, and thank goodness for super fast shutter speeds.
Happy Father's Day, Chris! I love you :)
