Selah

The boys and I visited my grandparents in Selah this weekend. My mom, Cynthia and Kelley were there as well. My grandma had a list ready for us and we tackled several projects for her. Lucky for me, there was no shortage of people who were more than willing to keep an eye on Logan while I helped with a few things around the house.

Owen had a great time watching the cows. Until they started humping. That's definitely not something I wish to witness again because I was standing about 6 feet away from them. Glad Owen's too young to ask questions.

Music runs deep in my family's veins, so it was no surprise to see my grandpa glued to the tv watching a polka show on Saturday night. Kelley and I started watching with him, and now we're hooked. The show is called Big Joe's Polka Show and it's a riot. You probably have to "get" our sense of humor to see why we'd think the show is entertaining. Meaning most people probably won't understand :)
It was nice to get away for a couple of days. The weather was gorgeous (85 degrees) and as always, I loved spending time with the relatives. Chris said the house was too quiet while we were gone and I don't think he liked it. He stayed busy by cleaning the garage and doing some work outside.

Hey, Mandy! Where's the photo you took of all the spit-up that Logan's blew all over Great-Gramma?

PS That photo of Aunt Cynthia and the boys? Please note that the "mark" on Logan's photo is her "lipstick" and not a birthmark.

Logan spit up all over GG? That's funny, because when I left I said, "Do you want a blanket or something so he doesn't spit up on you?" and she looked at me and said, "He won't spit up on ME." Sounds like she was wrong! Haha!

that is so funny! I recall Kelley specifically asking my Mom if she wanted a "spit up" towel and my Mother said "no, I won't need one"!Ha!that little bugger spit up on me (and a chair) big time the night before and everyone laughed and ha-ha'd at me!
Maybe Logan only spews on the most special people! (that is was I choose to believe!)
