My Feet Hurt

I'm laying in bed at my mom's house after several hours laying flooring with Chris. We've been working pretty hard the last couple days. Well Chris is working harder since laying the boards is really a one-person job. I'm the designated Board Bitch. I lay the boards down in a random pattern, which really is not all that random. Then Chris follows behind and snaps them into place.

The exerior doors have been installed so when we work, we can stay warm. The driveway was poured the other day. I think a couple of guys will be installing interior doors tomorrow, and possibly starting on the trim work. I'm most excited for the lighting to be installed. My lights will be the best in the neighborhood, fo'sho.

Laura comes home this weekend. She is tentatively scheduled to work on the Ryndam starting Nov 20. She's going to miss the holidays but we'll make sure to have an early Thanksgiving and Christmas so we can celebrate with her.

So that's about it. I just took a hot bath and I'm snuggled up in bed. Cuz my feet hurt real bad from workin' all day.
