Logan turned 5 months old while Chris and I were in Victoria. I swear he grew about 2 inches while we were gone. Okay, not really, but the kid is growing fast. I've been a little bit of a slacker when it comes to getting him started on solid food (partly because I'm terrified of food allergies). Tonight, Chris said "let's give him some applesauce." So I grabbed the camera, and captured Logan's very first taste of big-kid food:
Isn't that the greatest expression you've ever seen? Owen watched each spoonful and laughed hysterically the entire time (which I was able to get on video). I'm not sure what was so funny, but I'm glad Owen was entertained.
Logan the chow hound eventually decided that applesauce is a great thing and eagerly waited for more. Here's to 18 years of huge grocery bills! Thank goodness for Costco.
