Future Basketball Star

Owen had his one-year checkup today and as usual, everything went well. Here are the stats.. I was floored:

• Height: 32 inches (95-100th percentile)
• Weight: 23lb 2oz (60th percentile)
• Head circumference: 19 inches (90th percentile)

He grew three inches in three months, which would explain a couple of the rough weeks we had between then and now. His weight really leveled off, but the doctor said it's fine.

I can't get over the height! The doc said he's on track to hit 6'2. Of course that's not set in stone, but for now I will rejoice in the idea that Owen will play forward/post like his mom :)
