I've been sick for about 5-6 days now. I haven't gone to the doctor because I'm one of those people who will only go out of desperation. I almost hit that point last night when my sinuses felt like they were going to explode, but I was able to go back to sleep and I feel slightly better today. Chris has been
doing a fantastic job of being Mr. Mom. We were able to get the lights up on the house last Sunday...here's the picture I promised. It's hard to tell, but we have red/green lights up top with icicles under them. Everything blends together in this picture. On Friday we cut our Christmas tree. We usually go to the Red Barn Farm in Orting. I wanted to try something different this year and found Cox Christmas Trees in Eatonville, where we found a beautiful 8-foot Noble. We've got it decorated and Chris keeps mentioning how nice it smells, but I can't smell anything right now.Little Bundle of Joy is beginning to turn into Heavy Sack of Potatoes. He's getting so big. He's a pro at pulling himself up to his knees now, and you can tell he wants to stand up so bad. He still doesn't have any teeth. I keep telling him that he can't eat pizza if he doesn't grow any teeth (kid seems to be infatuated with pizza).
I'll finish this post up with a picture of Rainier that I took on Friday. On the drive home from Eatonville we noticed a cool cloud formation that was hovering over the mountain. It was still there a few hours later but had gotten much bigger. When the sun started to set, the clouds turned pink and I grabbed the camera. Owen has a great view of the mountain from his room and that's where this picture was taken. I'm glad I took it when I did, because a few minutes later the sun was lower and the clouds were white again. Rainier will always have a special place in my heart because it reminds of of my Grandpa Kreuger.

You'd better not be too sick for the Nutcracker this week because if I don't get to babysit Owen I am going to turn into the Grinch!
Your Christmas decorations look really pretty!
Don't worry, I'm on the mend. I still feel like crap but I think tomorrow will be the day I finally kick this thing in the butt.
I'd hate to see you turn into the Grinch. You're already married to Scrooge who hate Christmas music, and the combination of Scrooge and the Grinch would be Bad News.
